Three Great Lao National Artists

The gallery is currently hosting a prestigious exhibition highlighting works by three of Laos' most celebrated national masters. This showcase offers a rare opportunity to see legendary local masterpieces alongside fresh contemporary paintings and bold modern designs.

Bounleung Veuanvilavong Born in Vientiane province, Bounleung’s incredible artistic journey includes extensive studies at the Ecole Supérieure des Beaux-Arts in Vietnam, specialized training in Chiang Mai, and fine arts and marketing studies in France (including Paris and Bordeaux). His world-class training shines through in his masterful techniques.

May Chandavong A highly respected figure in the local art community, May studied fine arts and crafts in Vietnam before completing his training at the prestigious Ecole Nationale Supérieure des Arts Décoratifs in Paris. Today, he shares his lifelong passion as a professor at the Fine Arts Institute of Vientiane and serves as the Vice President of the Lao Fine Arts Association.

Khamsouk Keomingmeung From drawing simple charcoal images on any surface he could find as a young boy to selling Buddhist illustrations at local temples, art has been Khamsouk's lifelong constant. Even during his time as a soldier, he continued to cultivate his talents before formally graduating from the Institute of Fine Arts in Hanoi, Vietnam, creating deeply moving visual stories.

The gallery space features a clean, minimalist design with professional lighting that brings every brushstroke and creative detail to life, making it a truly world-class visual experience. Whether you have a quick break between meetings or a relaxing weekend afternoon, it is the perfect creative escape just seconds away from your room.
